THE WAY MAKER

GOD is the WAY MAKER.
Where you see no way.
GOD CAN MAKE A WAY!
GOD is ABLE to DO MORE than we could ever ask or think.

                                             HE CAN even MAKE ROADS where there is none.
                                       I don't know about your but I think that is pretty awesome!


Prayer today: Thank you God for his day. Thank you for the blessings that you have brought our way. You know our needs before we even ask. You have shown me before that we can never out give you. But we are to be obedient and still give and trust that you will provide for us. Because our ways are not your ways. Thank you for showing me this. I have to trust you fully and have faith that you will provide. You always show up and show off for us. I Thank you for this...your timing is always JUST RIGHT and RIGHT ON TIME! ALWAYS- Amen

GOD CARES

I am so thankful that I have God with me 24-7. He is one person I can count on to never leave me nor forsake me. He helps me through the storms in my life. When the wind blows hard and the rain is pouring down he is there with me to help me see the sun shine again.


 He sees my pain, my hurt and my tears. He heals my broken heart when it has been wounded or let down. I am so thankful for HIM! He helps me to keep the faith, keep going, and helps me see that there is more to life than what I am seeing.

                                                              “Never will I leave you;
                                                             never will I forsake you.”- Hebrews 13:5

Prayer today: Thank you God for being there with me. Thank you for picking me up when I have been let down. Thank you for never leaving me nor forsaking me. Increase my faith this day I pray. Help me to see the sun shine again...knowing that this to will pass. Storms never last forever...something I do know because you have help me through so many. You understand me like no one else. I must walk by faith and not by sight. In Jesus' name I pray- Amen

The Past 10 Years- What I have learned

Put God first.
Enjoy the little things in life.
Live simple.
Believe in yourself.
Believe you can.
Live, Laugh, & Love.
Less drama is better. Peace is better at any cost.
Love your family no matter what!
Be yourself.
Keep healthy.
All things happen for a reason.
Memorize scripture it helps in tough times.
Death is a seed planted for us to help others.
Life is to short to stay mad...
Life is what you make it.
Humble yourself.
You don't always have to have the best seat.
God sees and knows everything.
                                                Enjoy the little things for they are the big things.

Give what you have. God works through your giving.
God's ways are not our ways.Let HIM order your footsteps.
There is power in the word NO.You don't always have to say YES.
:) You don't always have to wear make-up. Ponytails are okay.

                      You might not always have money but you do have a voice to say...I LOVE you.
                                                                          Read God's Word.
                                                      Pray every day. There is power in prayer.
                                     Get up early to spend time with God..It is worth it! Life changing.

Turning the other cheek is hard, but walking away praying is better.
Keep strife out of your life. The devil strives of strife. So stop it before it begins.
Being RICH has a whole new meaning to me.
God will always provide.
Godliness is next to cleanliness....He will bless all you lay your hands to do.
God's timing is always just right.
Nothing is impossible for him to do.
Don't limit God.
It is okay to be a little Crazy.
No one is perfect! Why do we expect others to be when we are far from perfect ourselves.
Love the one your with. Life isn't always greener on the other side.
This list could go on and on....But I wanted to share some of the these things with you...Remember LOVE never FAILS....1 Cor. 13:8
Most important make JESUS CHRIST the LORD of your life. It is life changing Except him in your heart and ask him to forgive you of your sins and help you to live life better. He will do it....it is worth it.

Desire Good

No matter what!! CLING to the GOOD!
There is always something GOOD in every day.
Sometimes we have to look for the good but I do believe if we look hard enough we will find good. It seems these days people focus on the bad in life never the good. I wonder what would happen if people would focus on the good more than the bad. God's Word tells us to overcome evil by doing good. Could we just squeeze the bad out of our lives by turning our focus on the good more than the bad ?... I think so We are to CLING to the GOOD. Cling means to get as close to as you possibly can. Get attached to get. Get stuck to it...like a fabric softer stuck to clothes. That is pretty close.

At the end of each day...write down the good and write down the bad. I think the good would outweigh the bad. GOOD is good for us. Bad is bad for us. How come people can't get this ?

                                                            Cling to the good. Romans 12:9

Prayer today: God, Thank you for this day. I come to you today and ask you to help me to CLING to the GOOD. When I start to focus on the bad today...help me see good. Show me the good in my life and in others. I want my focus to be on what is good. I want to squeeze the bad out of my life and cling to the good you have for me. You said a good man would obtain favor from you. Favor is a good thing Life is a good thing. Thank you God for being so good to me. Amen.

The Next Chapter

Let the OLD GO and the NEW IN!
GOD has great plans for you, but you have to let go of your past.
Let go of all your hurts, wounds, failures, guilt, and pain. It is weighing you down.
How can you start the next chapter in your life with all that extra baggage laying around ? You can't. You have got to let the OLD GO to welcome the NEW IN.

GOD is pointing you in a new direction for your life. Quit wishing your life away. The past is the past you can't go back. But you can't go forward either if you keep holding onto all that extra baggage. You can wish all day long that things could have been different or that you could have done something different. But it is done. Forgive yourself as well as others and move on. Time to start the NEXT CHAPTER in your life! GOD is waiting on you to turn the page. Are you ready ? He has great plans for you!

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.has plans for YOU!- Jeremiah 29:11


Prayer today : God, I Thank you for this day and all you have done for me. But I know you are showing me it is time to move on and start the next chapter in my life. It is time to forgive and be forgiven. Time to let go of all that extra baggage I have laying around. I step into the new today with you and I am excited about the next chapter in my life. I know you have great plans for me. I can't wait to see it all. I am ready to move on. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

MORE than a Conqueror

STOP feeling sorry for yourself!
And do something about it!
QUIT being the victim and be the victor!
YOU are MORE than a conqueror through HIM who loves you!

Did you know that when you are sitting around feeling sorry for yourself all your doing is feeding your negative emotions even more? Did you know that when you stop feeling sorry for yourself you will accomplish more than you ever thought you could? Did you know that God didn't make quitters ? He made go-getters. Go after what you want in life. You have to say enough is enough.
 Throw away your wish-bone and get a back-bone. You can do whatever you set your mind to do.

                    In all these things we are MORE than conquerors through him who loved us.


Prayer today: God, I Thank you for this day. I Thank you for helping me in getting this far in life. I need you everyday of my life. I am MORE than conqueror through your son Jesus. I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath. I am blessed coming in and going out. I CAN do more than I have ever thought I could. You told me in your word you would bless all that lay my hands to do. Help me this day to get out of this pity party and quit feeling sorry for myself and know that you know where I am in life. That I can overcome, I can do this, I can do anything I set my mind to do with your help. I am victor not a victim. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

SPEAK BLESSINGS

STOP SPEAKING BAD ABOUT YOUR FAMILY!!
ABOUT your kids or your spouse at that.
START SPEAKING BLESSINGS OVER YOUR FAMILY!!
No matter what- we need to SPEAK BLESSINGS over our children.
Even if they have done something bad or something we disagree with. ...
Don't give glory to the bad but the good. Speak blessings over them.
Do not go around focusing on the bad they do. Focus on the good they do. 

 Speak life into their world by speaking blessings over them daily.

I heard a preacher say once...What we speak comes to life whether good or bad.
I desire blessings for my children and my spouse don't you ? YES !!
So we need to learn to SPEAK BLESSINGS about them!!!
If you hear someone else speaking bad about your children or your spouse.
STOP THEM and TELL THEM you don't want to hear it. That you believe they will be blessed in whatever they lay their hands to do. Because when you are listening to them speak bad about your family you are sitting there agreeing with them. Agree with GOD that your family will be blessed and prosper in all they do.

The Lord bless you
and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” - Numbers 6:24-26
This is my prayer over my family today...Each and everyone of them! NO MATTER WHAT everyone deserves to be blessed...blessings change people's lives don't you think ?

Prayer today: God, I ask you to forgive me for ever speaking bad about my children or my spouse. I pray that you help me to SPEAK BLESSINGS over them from this day forward and give me the courage to STOP anyone who speaks bad about them. I know that your desire is to bless me and my family. God, help me to speak LIFE WORDS about my family and speak life into their life. You also told us in your word that there is life and death in power of the tongue. I want to speak life not death. I pray you bless my family in abundance from this day forward. Amen
 

A Desire to Slow Down

We rush, we speed, we run, we stress, we have no time anymore because everyone is in a hurry to go here and there.
We never stop, we think that everything has to be done right now.
We can't even ENJOY LIFE because we are moving at such a high rate of speed that we can't SLOW DOWN. Then we wonder why God puts speed bumps in our road called life. To SLOW us down a bet so we will stop and listen to him.

Things can become such a blur in life because we are moving so fast. NO time... for nothing. We need to slow down so things can become clearer to us, more focused.

                                                  We need to SLOW DOWN & ENJOY LIFE !
                                                                 Enjoy life more abundantly

The thief cometh not but to steal and to kill and to destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10

Prayer today: God, Help me today to slow down and know that you have everything under control. When things get done they will get done. Help me to slow down and enjoy life and people around me. I know life doesn't have to be a rush. Your son was never in rush when it came to helping others. He would always take the time to stop,listen and enjoy life. Help me keep a clear head and focus on the good things in life today. If I start going over the speed limit in life slow me down. I don't want to be in such a rush that I miss something you are trying to show me. Amen
 

I Desire Amazing Things in My Life

AMAZING: Got up this morning and this word just kept playing over and over in my head.

 

 

 

Expect nothing but amazing things in your life. Expect it and look for it. Your life is more amazing than what you think it is. Yes, bad things happen all around us day in and day out. But we as Christians we need to see the AMAZING things in life and quit looking and focusing on all the bad. God can do some amazing things in our lives if we want him too or not.

I don't know about you but ...I want AMAZING things to happen in my life, I want to see AMAZING things in my life. Like the sky outside this morning looked so AMAZING. I just set there in my car in awe of it all.

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.- James 1:17

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8

What makes us think that if God/ Jesus did miracles and amazing things in the bible that it can't happen today ? I don't know about you but I am going to start looking and expecting AMAZING things in my life. Something about that word I just love! AMAZING


Prayer today: God, Thank you for the amazing sky this morning. Just at the right moment you put that piece of art in the sky just for me to see. I expect nothing but good and amazing things to happen today because every good and perfect gift comes from you. Your amazing love for me and I can't forget about your amazing grace for me too. I want to always be able to stand in awe of your gifts for me. Thank you for giving me this word today...I needed it. It is just like you God to be so amazing. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen


This is what our sky looked like outside my home this morning when I wen to take my little granddaughter to school. After God gave me this word this morning. He let me see something amazing. His art work in the sky....I was in awe....at how amazing this looked. PERFECT is HIS AMAZING LOVE.

 

A Renewed Desire

It is never to late to start again. Don't let people tell you that it is to late.Your never to old either. Yes, we all fall down. But what counts is that you get back up and try again.

 If you keep trying  you will one day GET IT ! God tells us in his word for us to ASK, SEEK, & KNOCK. If we keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking. The answer will come to us that we are looking for . What clicks with us and what will help us. God will send it our way. The key is we... CANNOT GIVE UP! GIVING UP is not an option for us. Get up each day and say to yourself....I CAN DO THIS with GOD's help. I am not GIVING UP!!!

GET UP, LOOK UP, DRESS UP, MAKE UP your MIND that YOU are going to DO THIS.

Don't grow worry in doing good for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not lose heart. Gal. 6:9


Prayer today: God, I come to you today asking that you help me get through each day. That you renew my mind in areas that it needs to be renewed. Help me know that I know that I CAN do anything that I set my mind to do. That you will give me the answers for my health and strength in each day. I can do all things through your son Christ Jesus who gives me strength. Help me to put one foot forward and guide my steps in the direction I am suppose to go each day. Thank you God for what you have already done for me. I give you the praise. In Jesus' Name Amen

Courage gives us the Desire to Do What we thought we couldn't.

Courage is something down deep inside of you that tells you "YOU CAN DO THIS!"
Knowing that God has your back every step of the way.
That is what David had when he had to face that big ole giant. He had the courage to face fear when others didn't around him. He knew who his helper was and that was GOD HIMSELF that gave Daniel the COURAGE to do what he needed to do.

Courage is that fight within you. To face that fear that keeps coming at you. It isn't giving up. It is something ...that stands up inside of you. Courage to do what you need to do. In spite of your fear.

Have I not commanded you?" Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9


Prayer today: Godfather, Thank you for this day. Thank you for being with me each and every day. I pray that you give me that courage deep down inside of me to face what I need to face. To overcome these giants in my life. To knock them out. I ask that you remind me throughout the day to be strong and courageous and not let fear in when it comes knocking at the my door. You said you would never leave me nor forsake me. I believe this with all my heart that you are by my side every day. That I have the courage and faith to do this ! To do what I need to do for myself. In Jesus' Name I pray - Amen

My Desire is to be Healthy & Healed

Then those who went before him (blind Bartimaeus) warned him that he should be quiet; but he cried out ALL THE MORE. Son of David, have mercy on me! - Luke 18:39

This verse I really like. What if Bartimaeus would have listen to everyone and not cried out to Jesus for his healing ? What if he wanted to please everyone else but himself ? What if he did what they said and just was quiet because he didn't want to ruffle anyone's feathers? But he didn't he cried out ALL THE MORE! ...Because he knew what he wanted for himself. He wanted to be healed.

Why do we care what people think all the time ? I think there comes a point in our lives that we have to do things for ourselves. You can't wait around on others for the rest of your life to change when you are wanting to make a change for the good for yourself. Not everyone is going to CRY OUT ALL THE MORE for you. You have to do it for yourself and not everyone else. Don't cave into others. Stick to what you want in life and don't GIVE UP. What if Bartimaeus would have given up? He wouldn't have received his healing and remained blind for the rest of his life is what. Do you want to stay blind for the rest of your life ? NO not me, I want ALL THE MORE.


Prayer today: God, I Thank you for sending your Son, Jesus Christ for our healing. Healing can come in many shapes and forms. I Thank you that I can change my life even if everyone else around me doesn't want to change for the better. I cry out to you ALL THE MORE because I want better for myself. I want to be healed and changed. So that I may SEE ALL THE MORE. Help me to ignore what others may say or think of me and help me to do this for myself. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen

Desire the Little Things in Life "Keep it Simple"

Life is so simple, but we insist on making it so complicated at times.
We are the ones who complicate things for ourselves. When we need to just simply live lif...e and enjoy the little things in it. We want to make things so hard on ourselves when we would just surrender it all to God and simply live.

Sometimes we are our own worse enemy. We think to much, worry to much, and fear to much about things that might not even happen. When God is calling us to SIMPLY BELIEVE, SIMPLY LIVE , & SIMPLY ENJOY LIFE.

It is as SIMPLE as THAT... if you want something bad enough GO FOR IT!!

I CAN do ALL THINGS through CHRIST JESUS who gives me strength. Phil 4:13

Prayer today : God, Thank you for teaching me that life can be simple as that. Thank you for showing me that I sometimes get in my own way. When I step to the side and let you take over life is so much better. That things don't have to be so hard, that with you I can simply live and enjoy the little things in it. Every Little Thing He Cares About....even our smallest desires.

I am so glad that God cares about the little things in our lives. Because the last couple of days have been a stressful week for me. But every thing seems to be getting better today. I am so thankful.

Reading the book of Luke this month. I was in chapter 12 this morning. This verse stuck out to me....

The very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.- Luke 12:7 

 

Made me think that if God knows the very hairs on our heads...Something so small. Then he knows every little thing about us and he cares about every little thing that is going on in our lives. This made me feel so much better. Made me stop stressing about every little thing today.

God's Desires for Us

Okay you can quit throwing that fit now !!!
God doesn't give us everything we WANT. If he gave us everything we ever wanted we would be SPOILED BRATS !! Sometimes he withholds things from us. Sometimes he tells us no. Sometimes he warns us that he has something better for us down the road but we don't listen to him because we have to have it NOW !!! We become spoiled rotten brats with a bad attitude. I believe that GOD wants well behaved children, well rounded children, he wants children he can say... "Well done good and faithful servant" to. Not children who throws a fits every time they don't get what they want. God gives us what we NEED. We can't always SEE what we NEED. But he can.

The Lord disciplines the one he loves. Hebrews 12:6

Prayer today: God, you know my NEEDS before I even ask you. I know that you always work all things together for my good. I pray you always give me what I need. I know a lot of things that I want isn't good for me. Their not a part of your plans for my life. I want what you want for me. I don't want to be a spoiled brat but a well rounded person that walks with integrity. Help me to always have ears to hear what you are telling me. To walk by faith not by sight. To know that you have my best interest at heart. Amen

A DESIRE MESS

Sometimes we can sure make a mess out of things on our own. We get frustrated, pull our hair out and run around like a chicken with our heads cut off. We don't stop till we have made a real mess out of things. When God is saying...Just STOP and be STILL and KNOW that I am GOD. Trust me with this MESS you have gotten yourself into. Give it to me and LET ME.
God can take our MESS and make it a MESSAGE. But we have to let him have the mess and quit trying to clean the mess up ...on our own. God can do more than we could ever ask or think. What men can't do GOD CAN.

BE STILL and KNOW that I AM GOD. - Psalm 46:10

Prayer today: God, Here is MY MESS today. Please, help me clean this MESS up in my life. I cast my cares to you because you care for me enough to help me out of this mess I feel like I have gotten myself into. Give me strength to do what you would have me to do but also strength to let it go and give it you. Especially the things I cannot fix on my own no matter how much I try. You can do more for me when I LET YOU. Amen. P.S. God, Help me to just STOP & BE STILL.

My Country Desire Sign

So this morning was a very rough morning for me. Don't know why it just was. My prayer this morning was...God, give me a sign today that you care and that you know my heart and know where I am at in life.
Took Alli to school and on my way back home. I looked up and seen something standing in the middle of the road. Yup, it was deer standing there steering at me. Look to be a doe. I told Eli, "Look, look, a deer Eli". The deer hopped the fence and stopped and turned around an...d stood there and looked at us for awhile. Eli got to see his first deer up close and I was thanking God for "MY SIGN" he sent my way. Who else would have known to send that deer at just the right moment for me to see it and at just the right time ?

Made me think of Psalm 42:1 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.
Also made me think of Peter when he asked Jesus to show him a sign. By allowing him to walk on water to prove that he was Christ. Peter doubted and started sinking. Just like Peter I was doubting but God lifted me up. Thank you God for the deer in my path today. MY SIGN
